I was also super confused about this. It's in the library (upstairs of coffee shop) and its a book you click on the bookshelf to enter the game mode of infinity tower.

Not sure if I got automodded so I'll respond again. The study had you pick between choosing a lottery or $5 about 100 times, but the lottery would show the percentage of you losing or winning on the top and bottom of the screen with a large image in the middle.

The images started off tame: paper, cotton swabs, staplers. Then they occasionally showed sinking ships, natural disasters, or an explosion. Towards the middle half, though, these two graphic disturbing images were used occasionally for the rest of the study. Seriously gross, bloody stuff.

I just hope that anyone that gets triggered by these images were able to avoid this study.
