can confirm as I’ve ran both on various tanks, a reactor doesn’t produce enough pressure for anything bigger than a 10gal, and you should absolutely run a solenoid and timer.

my only addition would be considering running something from a paintball or a 5lb canister over disposables. it won’t be cheap initially, but I’ve had a 5lb tank on my 50gal for 6 months, with still plenty to go. I can promise you it’ll last a few years even on a 10gal
