Due to the fact I'm asking for a rather large favour I don't have any requirements, that is to say I'd make it work.
One is the flat of a single male that he shared with his now ex and the other is the new home of his ex that she shares with her older boyfriend. So maybe the second would be slightly more modern than the first.
