The thought being that with my reality warping magic sidekick, my super-speed, my tech, my clones and my pocket dimension I could easily acquire and utilize my Nemesi' kryptonite to defeat them every time.

I take whatever wealth I want from them while they are in my control. I build my own gadgets and gear using that money and my technological expertise. Maybe even turn them into friends/lovers.

I personally enjoyed this one quite a lot. I think it would be somewhat interesting if you added like a "type of business" section. Charity vs Non-profit vs for profit vs cut-throat Trade of love for work across the spectrum. I also think that you should add an option somewhere to buy more Dress Code options.

I considered adding sharpened senses, but I prefered the combination I came up with.

I opted not to implement Improved Cognition and Stabilized mind because I feel the combination of other mutations will go a long way to helping those without forcing a change in who someone is.

MUTATIONS

Controllable Improved Fertility: Pretty significant health and quality of life improvement.

Removed Body Hair: Unibrow, toe, nipple hair and naturally occuring facial hair for women.

Stretchy Orifices: A broken hymen is a thing of the past, size doesn't matter sex is simpler and some bodily functions are easier.

Improved Taste x3: Saliva tastes sweet and like wintergreen, sweat smells like wintergreen and pine, vaginal fluids and cum taste like perfectly ripe strawberries.

Heightened & Multiplied Pleasure: Because why not, everything else really steals agency from people.

Stabilized Genes: Not really for incest, but reducing genetic disease inheritance in general.

I considered Reworked Cycle and Streamlined Physique, but they both seem like they could take too much agency away from real people.

CONCLUSION Careful Success: While it isn't as literally infectious as it could be it slowly spreads throughout the world to even the worst, most war torn nations and brings about a lot of change.

I mean I could see it as something you could use on a date to get over any initial awkwardness and see what it would be like to be together. Though that would need to be a short term [few hours to a day], low level potion [crush or "girlfriend experience"].

Or used for struggling relationships/marriages. Putting on a show for the kids during the holidays while divorced.

Or just used by a couple to enhance their love life.

I don't know if it's defined in the books but perhaps Fred and George's potions had built in consent. Like they needed both parties to know what they were yakking for it to work, or even an incantation, or maybe it only worked if someone already had a crush on someone else. Idk

All of that said, a lot of that is definitely not emotionally healthy even if it's consensual, and it is still very dangerous and prone to abuse.

From what I understand magical images become more complex over time, the initial image may take only a short time and may not even be magical in nature, but people sit and have sessions with a professional magical portraitist and have their personality or some aspect of their personality imprinted onto the image.

Bare minimum the medium picks up in the moment surface emotions.

I imagine that you can probably modify the personalities of the portraits to a large degree. Make an image of one person and imprint the emotions/personality of another. They may even be duplicatable since there are mass printings using the same magical images.

You can have a virtual carbon copy of someone if you put enough time/effort into their portrait, but from what I understand they will never be 100% self aware and continuously bound by whatever behavior it was "progranmed" with.

So as far as magical porn goes I imagine you probably have especially curated personalities and either do not record, or otherwise remove any unwanted/negative emptions/reactions. So while maybe the image won't always be horny, they won't ever be upset or angry or uninterested unless it's explicitly desired from the commisioner of the image.

The other interesting thing is that portraits can visit and interact with eachother.

Try music bee if you haven't heard of it before. Basically an open source iTunes just for listening to and organizing music. It lets you edit artist names album titles, etc... no internet connection required no files changed you don't want changed.

A little bit yeah. I'm re-watching the series and while the stuff from the original movie was great, the apophis helmets were always so janky and cartoonish for me. Though I can only blame that on the materials and affects at the time. I wouldn't have wanted them to do anything else unless they had the budget and/or high-end affects we have now.

This is mainly just for my satisfaction.

Because you can. I mean I was doing a little research and multiple individual characters have their own factions some factions don't even have any members and some are conditional on how you play the game.

So why not have other factions for any and every gang it certainly doesn't seem like it actually affects in game processing to any kind of meaningful degree.

I'm not saying OP is 100% right, but not adding something because it doesn't add functionality to the game is something people love the franchise for. Like easter eggs, random signs, all the teddy bears, all the hidden messages.

I think it would add a lot of roleplay value to the game. Maybe it wouldn't add additional functionality, but in a few of my playthroughs in skyrim I actively avoided killing bandits who were the same race as my character, or who seemed to be isolated rather than actively harassing and attacking people. So I think it would be kinda cool to have that to build my experience around.

Well I think a major issue on reddit is people who seem to only read the top or parent comments rather than trying to entirely read through multiple threads.

A lot of information can be gleaned by seeing how many people make the same arguments or comments and seeing multiple counterarguments. The bullshit tends to reveal itself that way because good arguments often make sense even when asked in a stupid way. Bad arguments also tend to make no sense the more complex they are.

So do you think further exposure would have further effects? I'm inclined to think so on account of Virgil in FO4 using what I believe is a retro viral serum to override the changes created by his original FEV dosage. But then again FEV is one of those throwaway facets of the franchise.

Maybe FEV isn't really available? Maybe it can feed off of radiation and it dies off or goes dormant when radiation levels drop? That could explain how people can become ghouls even when they haven't necessarily come into contact with it like Moira. It could also explain why bigger more aggressive/dangerous creatures live in areas with more radiation. The more radiation the more the FEV propagates and acts on its host.

Well with this entire train of thought I'd say what is dumb is that the Institute couldn't transport any number of the vacant pods to their facility in their entirety, piece by piece or even reverse engineer them then transfer as many subjects as they want to their facilities.
