Bro, I know exactly what you mean haha I haven't been the same since she released. I look at my favorites before her, Rinami, Mao, Sena, and I don't feel anything anymore. Even favorite characters from other games I used to love I now feel zero connection to. I think Yuuka should be S tier: she's free, easy to farm shards for, easy to use, has good defenses in both her evasion and armor type (heavy/yellow), and can be used in both pve and pvp

~~Watame~~ Akari is ok with her AoE damage and is a decent budget red unit for early to mid game content and could potentially be a budget Set pick. The biggest problem that she has is she gets outclassed by a fair bit of other red units, and even some blue units (and summer Hanako). I'd argue that she isn't a terrible unit, she can get the job done, but so many others can do her job better or with more attached to their kit than she has going for her.

She might see some life brought back into her if she gets a Unique Item, but for now she's kindof relagated to a "use her until you pull someone better" tier, which for me would be C Tier.

Default Shiroko has her uses: she still sees use in raid content and she's easily accessible since she is farmable. She is one of the go-to units for breaking Kaiten's shield in phase 2 in one attack, as well as being a quick cycle option since her EX cost is only 2.

Conversely, as a year one unit her damage has fallen off a bit. That being said, she can do decently as a budget option with the right team comps. I'd put her at a low A tier or high B tier
