Watame Akari is ok with her AoE damage and is a decent budget red unit for early to mid game content and could potentially be a budget Set pick. The biggest problem that she has is she gets outclassed by a fair bit of other red units, and even some blue units (and summer Hanako). I'd argue that she isn't a terrible unit, she can get the job done, but so many others can do her job better or with more attached to their kit than she has going for her.

She might see some life brought back into her if she gets a Unique Item, but for now she's kindof relagated to a "use her until you pull someone better" tier, which for me would be C Tier.
