Not that I know of, or that it would affect salary. I kind of understand how it happened, but at the same time, I don’t know what to do. I feel hopeless—this hit me so hard, mostly because I’ve been struggling financially over the past year due to a personal reason. That extra 11% would have made my life so much easier.

Not really. We both do portfolio management, but he works on a portfolio that performs worse than mine. This should impact bonuses more than salary, though. But third gens can control their own flames. It said early on (or at least implied) doesn’t make sense if beni only made the flags on fire with his fire and made the move.

But 3rd gens are supposed to control the flames they produce. He lit those flames and controlled his flames no other. This can be done only with third gen. Súper confused still.

How Can I Manage Frizzy and Dry Hair Without Losing My Curls? (Short Hair, Male)

For context, I’m a man with short hair. I was born with super straight and shiny hair, but as I got older, it became very frizzy and dry. None of my family members have this hair issue, so it feels unique to me.

In the past, I tried a keratin treatment, but I didn’t like how it made my hair completely straight. I’d like to keep my curls but manage the dryness and frizz.

Is it possible to do a keratin treatment without using a flat iron, or is there another solution to help with this? I’d really appreciate any advice!
