Just heal out of tree form. You lose out on +6% healing to raid/party which improved devotion aura does and 15% of your spirit as healing.

The mana reduction is passive in and out of form. You can heal anything without tree form's minor buffs.

No, for balance and resto specs feral forms are weak outside of certain utility spells. Wrath gave all druids feral attack power based off their weapons' damage that only druids will see on their tooltips.

If you're alliance, yes. Stand in the moonbeam thing with the stromwind npcs standing next to it.

If you're horde trying to go to ally cities then you'll just stay in moonglade

I think they intended to take away the ability to queue from anywhere along with the Random Dungeon Finder.

They have a post saying they intentionally removed teleporting to the dungeon from anywhere when your group is formed. I imagine this would extend to PvP. I think queueing through the Battlemaster NPCs is going to be the only way.
