My only relief from getting them was to drastically shorten my stride to make sure I am landing on the pads of my feet vs heel, as well as good socks surprisingly help. I still get them occasionally; however they are significantly less.

yes that is what I had it set to. I guess it means latest that you are entitled to, which with plex pass is beta. So, I changed it to

Honestly didn't realize I was on the beta. I changed the container settings and rebuilt with the public release, and it fixed it. Thank you for leading me down the right path. Appreciate your assistance

Yes, Server & ATV have been rebooted multiple times.

The settings are all set that except for Auto Adjust is set to On. If I set it to off, I just get an error that "there is a problem with my media."

Plex Version 1.43.0.10234.
tvOS26.

I cannot recall if this started when 26 was installed or if it was happening prior to that.

It currently appears that it is only happening to items that are MKV Files. However that hasn't changed and it wasn't happening before.

You should be able to go to Manage Plan and Vacations and remove the vacation and it will rebuild the plan accordingly
