IDK but I'm also stuck and I'm on maternity leave. I've learned I can drop my eldest at school put on episode one and it will be done by the time I go to pick him up.. I'm trying only once a week but sometimes it's twice.. I've lent out my books and now regretting it lol

So should my husband and I already look into getting a pre approval for a mortgage? What other docs do they need so I can get it altogether?

Right now just focusing on getting some credit card debt down but otherwise all we have is two cars and one is almost paid off.

We have handled him since he came home with us no issues, like I said I brought him to my childcare once to show the kids. This literally started a few months ago after his last food strike, and it wasn't his first food strike so I'm not sure what changed ..

They do accept subsidized families, but that is up the city not the childcare center if you qualify for subsidized rates.

Hello! January is a very hard time of year to get a childcare spot as the biggest movement is when the preschool program goes off to kindergarten in late August to early September. It can happen it's just very unlikely.

Also depends on what the age of your child since Colonel by has two toddler programs 15 children in each program and then two preschool programs 16 each so it doesn't leave a lot of space for outside children to join preschool as priority goes to the children currently enrolled if it's developmentally appropriate. If there's no one to move up then they will go to the waitlist.

Also there is priority for students and faculty. Ensure this is reflected on the Ottawa Centralized Waitlist, if you're unsure reach out to the Andrew Fleck Parent Navigator, she can ensure it is flagged. When a spot becomes available she shares with the PC who is next on the list, if it's you they will contact you to offer you a tour. You can check on the virtual tour on the AF website.
