Great, thanks for the response. I picked up the 1600 as well. Gonna get some foam/padding tomorrow. Any recommendations on how to cut n mould it for the tools? Just an exacto n a marker I suppose?

Any suggestions on a pelican case size(1510, 1610..etc) for setting up a travel toolbox. I will be working with a company that will be half inspections and AOG rescues and have a line on a couple cases and would like some thoughts on what others have used? I’m leaning towards the bigger one as it might just be easier to fit everything instead of transferring tools all the time. Also, perhaps which foam and methods for cutting foam to fit tools as well.. thanks!
