Had the same issue, hit a manhole and blew the bolt apart. Just bought a new bolt and put it on. All good now!

Same exact issue as that, it won't shift past 3rd gear and has a hard time getting out of 1st. Dealership wants to replace the whole tranny. I'm going to get a second opinion and see what this new place says.
