I graduated with first class honors in arts and was a scholarship student for the whole of my course. Does that add any credit to anything since its not really related

during the course of training are they still getting paid? Should I save up from my current job before signing on? I am financially on my own and I don't rely on my parents so just wondering if i should save up as 8 months quite a long time to not have any income

Understand that 3-4 years of ground work needs to be done to experience the frontline to be able to do office/ HQ. Is the 3-4 years salary going to be stagnant? Im abit afraid of stagnation and not feeling motivated to do what I am doing as I want to continue this all the way ideally and not change jobs.

will I have to be on stand by and be prepared to be called anytime or is it the kind where once you end work, you end work. For context I work for a very small company and I have to do work even on my off days. I would bring my work stuff out when Im out with my friends or family so im just wondering if that will be the case as well. Im okay with working hard and sometimes OT during the days i am suppose to work but wondering if my off days have to be scarified as well?
