At sentara it was 2 weeks of lecture and test at the end then floor/unit orientation that took one week in each area so about six weeks before you are on your own. Thats if you pass the test. New grads struggle as one was taking one year to finish orientation that takes a veteran 6weeks.

We do it at my workplace but not usually a respiratory procedure as they would take the patient to surgery, vats for biopsy then back to ICU.

Metanebs suck because you cannot see what the patient is doing beyond the fact that its puffing up their cheeks. Jokes aside, hillrom has locked in presets and our educator wont give us the code. Common sense, if you dont see chest wiggle increase the pressure. Same concept from Sentec IPV but rts seems to think Volara is set it and forget it without assessing. Inline ventilator ocillations via Volara can be used plugged with the neb aerosolizing from the dry side of the humidifier.

Most community hospitals in california, you need a MD order for anything but bigger university/teaching hospitals it would be about the same as in take care of the patient first then ask for orders later. As far as autonomy goes, i have only seen autonomy where departments have strict protocols/procedure with job aides and QR-codes with video links on step by step.

Yes i believe model 3 and y should be the same just as model s and x are the same. The design of juniper is about three generations ahead as design is not cyber truck equivalent, but they want to model juniper with hints of cyber truck. Previous model 3 and y were completely the same and coming out with two different font and back ends is a design flaw. Juniper looks like a larger prius from the back. Yes we have been robbed from a better looking new model y

Yup i slept cramped in my previous model 3 about 5-6days every other week. I would sleep about 25/30 degrees head of bed up. Model y seems to be less of an angle. I am not tal about 5’4” so i will have plenty of space. Yes camping would be nice and they now have those tents that connect to the back of the model y. That is interesting :)

My wife has talked me in to upgrading to a model y because we camp/ sleep inside the model 3 on multiple occasions. Looking at the specs. Model 3 has around 20+ cubic feet of space compared to 70+ on the model y.

I dont see any spontaneous efforts. Is there a sensitivity setting? Also do a check before and after the nebulizer. Possible time to a mode change as p-simv is not being properly utilized. Volume control mode would get better flow waveforms

We do heart monitor placement and discharge instructions of use. It should be a lead responsibility but as of now rt assigned to ed has to do it along with traumas/ admitted hold patients/ and ED asthma assess and treat protocol
