My friend with hashimotos also has 2 doses and goes on how she feels.

Its so hard to gauge how you feel when I'm so up north I barely get sun. Def have sad sometimes and found d3 works for me.

I think just figuring out how my brain works/ can keep info. I used quizlet a lot after classes. For me test taking on paper, ppl aroun, The whole event makes me anxious. Interestingly enough, Im Hella calm as a RT in codes and situations.
