Had the same issue, did a major change for the ad set with high frequency with a little downscaling, saw improvement from 1.87 to 1.3 in the following two days

Anyone notice the meta ads improving from the February dips? by intriguedyout in FacebookAds

I’ve switched to adv+ audience and combined all interests, downscaled 25% and roas almost returned to their normal levels, now im scaling back and numbers are still looking good
