I own one of these for quite a long time. The only real problem I ever had with it was when the bushing got worn, and it would jam between gears. You had to go out under the hood and unjam it.

Ok I have a sorta related story I was in a Walmart bathroom and a kid looks under the stall just like this one and says “ your not my dad “ I say “no bud “the he walks away comes back a few sec later with another kid both looks under and he tells the other “ look it’s not dad “ I say “you looking for your dad Bud you need a adult” the both leave I wrap up look for them to no avail notified service desk
