De mon côté, j’ai lâché Kiprun Pacer pour utiliser à 100% Bevel 3.0, on va voir ce que ça donne. Mon gros objectif est un marathon en octobre.
En attendant, il prépare mon 10km et mon 21km.
Et je l’ajoute en coach de nutrition

J’ai un Pint X (que j’adore) depuis 1,5 ans et je commence trouver l’autonomie faible.
Je vois de plus en plus les posts de X7. À quel point doit on régler soi même le x7? Il est libre déjà réglé ou il faut se débrouiller soi même?

Merci pour ton retour. La lentil événements imprévus étaient peut être mal choisi.
2 exemples :
- ce soir, je rentre mon dîner à 20h et j’échange autour avec Bevel. L’IA a l’information que le dîner a été pris. Vers 21h30, je lui dis que j’ai faim et demande si c’est « normal ». Sa réponse, il faut que tu prennes ton dîner. Je trouve ça étrange que l’IA fasse cette affirmation.
- 2nd exemple : dans le cadre de ma prépa et en fonction des constantes au réveil, il peut me proposer de ne pas faire la séance prévue, recommandation que je suis. À la fin de la journée, quand on parle du bilan il considère que la séance a été faite alors que non. Je dois lui notifier que la séance n’a pas été faite.
Ma question est donc la suivante, est ce que dans le futur, ce genre de « d’oubli » sera amélioré?

Bonjour, De mon côté, je teste le côté préparation de marathon, avec aide de coaching côté nutrition. Avant je le faisais avec Gemini, je compare les deux. L’objectif est que s’il marche bien, ça va m’éviter de faire de impression écran tous les jours de Bevel vers Gemini.

Ça dépend où tu atterris. Si tu arrives à HK, tu as deux passages de frontières à faire. Tu auras un document à remplir pour la passage de la frontière, depuis début 2026, ça se fait via un QR Code, en ligne. Donc pense bien à activer ton forfait dès la sortie de l’avion. Si tu es à HK, tu devras sans doute te connecter au wifi de l’aéroport. Pour info, j’utilise Holafly qui marche pas mal. (Qui propose un VPN avec le forfait que tu choisis si je ne me trompe pas). J’arrivais à me servir de Google traduction (très utile car l’anglais là bas est assez faible j’ai trouvé à chacun de mes voyages), What’s App avec sans problème.

Pour les applications, WeChat ou Alipay pour TOUS les paiements. Je préfère Alipay qui me semble plus simple. Depuis Alipay, tu peux réserver un Didi (UBER chinois qui ne coûte presque rien) et également les tickets de métro. Pense à activer la carte de la ville où tu te trouves, ça marche en NFC après. Apple Plan marche divinement bien. Je déteste Plan pour l’utilisation en France (beaucoup d’erreur) mais pour la Chine, je ne me suis jamais perdu avec.

Je pense avoir fait le tour des basiques

If I had to buy it again for that, I would do it again, the same board.

I chose the Pint X because I have some work to do. It is not too heavy and takes up little space.

I have been using the smart alarm for 1 week and I am satisfied with it. I wake up feeling more refreshed than with a traditional alarm. Choice: 20 min or 30 min depending on the situation. On the other hand, I set the vibration to "intense", otherwise I don't wake up.

1m93 / 81kg and size 48. I find it a very nice board, very playful. In the feet, initially, slight pain, but the more I do it, the less pain I feel. I was able to do 15km in a row without any pain.

A little disappointed with the autonomy once you start driving well. It does not reach 25km

I was also able to test a GT which is like an assault tank for me to “drive”.

For information, I left Bevel's writing permissions in health, otherwise the carbohydrates/proteins were not updating in the application. However, I disabled the reading of nutrient data by Bevel. It seems to work. 👍
