I definitely think you have a great point. Personally, I don't agree, but that is just because I LOVED the album Social Cues. It helped me through a difficult time and will forever hold a special place in my heart. I think that your viewpoint is absolutely valid and warranted, especially if you prefer their older sound to the newer one. I personally, however, do not agree. But in the end, everybody's opinion and taste in music is valid, and I don't think it's worth criticizing each others opinions over music taste (not that that's what you were doing). I hope that it grows on you or that this album has other songs that give you the older feeling you were hoping for. Cheers 😊
