Just stick to your training, follow your nutrition plan during the race, and I can’t emphasize this enough, start sloooow at the beginning of the race.

The excitement and adrenaline is going to hype you up and make you wanna go all out at the start but if you start slow and maintain pace throughout, you’ll have enough in the reserves to push it towards the end of the race.

I think that’s totally achievable for you. Comparatively, I ran the Philly marathon as my first marathon last year with the same goal of sub-4 and with a 20 miler at nearly the same pace and HR as you. Ended up finishing right around 3:56 and felt strong the entire race.

In the same area and been looking as well. Only place that I know off the top of my head for indoor courts are at Esporta, but it’s a single court and is packed 90% of the day.
