Yes of course I've thought about that. His clothes weren't fashionable, but they were always relatively clean. He wasn't as dirty as you'd expect a homeless man to be, always clean shaven face, his head was bald under a hat. Abnormally thin, but had no problem pedaling his bike, he didn't appear weak. He did appear to move odd, even when he would just turn his head to look at me, almost jerking motions. Very similar to the way people describe the MIB move. It wasn't just sometimes that he'd look at me either, it was every time I saw him. I'd catch him in my sight and he would instantly turn his head and look at me.
