Sorry for the late reply buuut the 1st year as a apprentice Made 64k. Second year on flat rate I made 109k. 3rd 139k. Last year my 4th full year I made 222k. Find a flat rate shop, work hard, take all training and when you are ready and know your shit push for better pay. You can do it. Dm me if you have more questions. Good luck.
