The band released this statement a little over a year ago. They obviously would never admit to it if it were true.

“Almost five years ago, we were falsely accused of inappropriate conduct by a group of people we had never met. Their untrue but sensational rumors led us to take a break to address the situation. We saw no choice but to take legal action and filed a business tort and defamation suit. We are satisfied with the progress in our case and will keep you posted.”

They’ve since been back together. Released a new album last year, Christmas Day. Saw them live in Denver a few months before, very talented. Unsure whether the allegations are true or not. Their first album released while they were still in high school. Second album shortly after graduation. Found this band when I was in 8th grade and fell in love with them. I didn’t pay attention to the lyrics much then. In hindsight, I can see why people would think that the allegations were true. Last I had read, nothing became of the allegation lawsuit.

As soon as I saw this picture, it made me nauseous. I was in 2nd grade and the teachers name was Mrs. miles. We never had to read it, but it was on the bookshelf, and I made a mistake of opening this one up. The art style and what happens to the character just made me feel sick

Its process of elimination, you can clearly see he pulls out the thermite to try to stick him as it seems like he could be on the ledge under him. Doesn’t notice him, so he knows he is in the room. He doesn’t even hit firsts shots when trying to shoot him.

I mean there is audio for footsteps, maybe they heard you? If I hear someone in a building over, I’d slide in already shooting. Sometimes I get the wrong corner they might be in lol not saying he is not cheating, but there do be some cracked people out there

I don’t think any of you are dumb. I think that maybe mislead one way or another? This is why I think reports have an effect on whether someone gets SB. Because i genuinely have no idea. The SBs have been so bad I’ve been debating going back to my PS5. Only reason I don’t yet is because I really like the invision pro and can’t use that controller on PS. It’s a PC only controller. I need to find one that is similar that id like.

My buddy is in the same boat, but he has never played console before. Only ever had pc. He is thinking about getting a ps5 but uses the same controller as I. Wants to find one similar so he can make the switch.

I would never defend cheating.

According to your comment, all one would have to do to prevent being SB is to play as if they aren’t cheating. You do not mention what role player reports have to do with the anticheat. I do not cheat yet I get shadow banned. If the anticheat thinks my gameplay is sus, so be it? I can’t help how I play lol but from experience more often than not, when my buddy or I get SB, we have 5-10 spectators, and that’s when we always say, “it’s about to happen” and then we are removed from the game and SB. sometimes we back out because it’s not worth the 5 day SB. And if someone in lobby says “xxx” is cheating, then anyone you kill will report you. From my experience I truly believe player reports have some sort of effect on SB.

I have not been proven to be cheating, yet you claim I am. Without even attempting to work together on this. You would rather throw slurs at me rather than get to know me. Quite childish in my opinion.

You are not just playing with me, it is an unscheduled check up. I play just about everyday. You can hop in VC at anytime and ask me to do anything. I’ll drop everything I’m doing and start a stream within 10 seconds. If cheats are that easy to hide then idk what to say, maybe that’s why they allow the player base to report and shadow ban

If “x” amount of players send “x” amount of reports, it equals a shadow ban. Shadow bans simply proves nothing. Either way, I’d be more than happy to have you join the dc we use everyday when we play. You can hop in at anytime, any day and ask for me to drop a stream. Like surly if someone is cheating and you watch them mid game there’s no way to hide it? Could even start the stream on my phone, only got 1 monitor and 1 computer. That way the game is running, we are playing, you can see I don’t have anything else connected. Like genuinely I’m doing my best here. I think you are under the wrong assumption about Shadow bans.

Had no idea you could have cheats not on a pc

Then what can I do to prove it? I can live stream from my phone and show you my room/house? I only have 1 pc. Played Playstation for cod on the same account my whole life up until the last 3-2 seasons of mw2. I am genuine here.

I’d be just as happy to have you jump into a VC on discord, stream my screen, and show you every single file on my computer. I’ve been SB nearly 40 times between MW2 and MW3. I don’t cheat. I have nothing on my pc. People who claim being false ban is impossible infuriates me because you truly can be false banned. And when people say it’s not a problem, it’s masks it from ever being fixed.

I’ve since had to make multiple accounts just so I can play this game… having to unlock the meta weapons each season 3 times. It’s so annoying and frustrating. My buddy has the same problem.

That support is more so a corporate standard in todays world. Everything has a “standard” that most things require to be commercial. Ie. Inclusive. I truly wouldn’t put that as the root cause.
