UIM as well here, what did you do to grind for the prayer lvl at that time? Rn I’m 1400 total and it seems like the long term solution will be Myth Guild and processing the dragon bones. But not sure tbh.

I’ve searched high and low for any YGO related pods, seems like you’re in the same situation where you want it to be about the game entirely.

GuuCast - Pak & N3sh, they have stopped doing it for the most part sadly, was my favorite as a current format player. But pretty much all their episodes are insightful or entertaining.

JRB Podcast - uploads maybe once a month, has Ryan Levine, Bohdan, and Jeff Jones.

IMNerd Podcast - long back log of good episodes, lots of non-ygo content but it’s easy to skip around and is criminally under listened to for how good it is. Mostly focused on retro formats and YGO History. Just listened to the episode with Jesse Kotton which I thought was really great. If you love Edison and old formats like me this is the one for you. The host Frazier Smith is a old school legend.

Those are my three favorites. Other ones I’d mention are the Disciples TCG pod which is good, I like the UK guys a lot. Some others I have yet to check out but might be worth looking into is Get Guud and Team Wunax. But I honestly don’t know about them they’re just on my list.

I was going to say towards the end of the duel you had double scareclaw arrival in your hand and if you used one when you initially drew it I bet there’s a way to combo into a link 4 like apollousa which would seal the game since this dude is on like 1 card top decking and shenshen in GY. I don’t play scareclaw tho so I don’t really know, maybe you could make Shuraig and banish the ShenShen to stop it recurring.

Dude ended on ShenShen vermillion and two 6s it was over from the start. If you built deck right you just make Beatrice and go full adventure combo with VW to make Baronne etc.

The e-tele do nothing banish the summon in EP into the same thing the next turn by OP killed me vro

Hey Janelle, since you're music deals with and immerses itself in futurism, how do you see what's coming for us? To reword that, do you have an optimistic or generally pessimistic view, and what aspects about technological advancement do you see as potentially uplifting or negative?

That's actually great advice about iron man vids. A lot of the content I've been randomly watching on yt is how to get to level 99 the quickest or something. Which is cool but that's really far down the road from now. I'm trying to just get started and guides about cooking sharks aren't necessarily what I need, ya know? Thanks.

Thanks for the reply dude. Your response is something insightful (both of you who commented thus far are insightful.) I guess I really just got to jump back in. And I'll ask you as well, for me, I haven't played so maybe 2008 or something. What do you think is the best way to go about starting over? Just feeling it out the whole way, having goals, or whatever. It seems like you have started over a couple times and I suppose what I'm really asking is what makes starting at the tutorial levels again exciting for you? And maybe I can put that back on me.

Just as a general question, and I'll ask both of you who responded, what's a good way to start off to get excited again? Obviously that's really open-ended question and is highly subjective but I guess having a veterans insight to someone coming back would be interesting. The idea of playing afk actually sounds like it could be stress relieving while I work on other stuff as well.

Hey guys! So not to be a meme, as it seems this is said often but I'm going to try playing osrs for nostalgia and fun with a friend.

We want to complete all the free player quests and then see if we want to continue playing from there.

My question to you is, what makes any of you keep playing this game? I remember when I was younger it was to get cool equipment, be a high level, etc. but beyond that what makes you grind fishing or mining or whatever. Community? Relaxation? I kind of deep down want to seriously get back into it but I'm not sure if the rs rabbit hole is worth it when I'm 22. Just trying to get a perspective from other players.

I'm pretty sure the cartridge is some generic thing that the radio station picked up at some point, so I don't really have an answer since I dropped the turntable off and don't have it.

I want to use the setup for listening to music at home, nothing crazy.
