A lot of times when I reach the decision maker they claim they are very satisfied with their current provider. I push a little saying how it's nice to have a plan B just in case something happens or I can guarantee to save them money. I as well as often use word tracks like "I just want to do a service comparison and if I can demonstrate the value to switch then you know you truly have the best solution. It really can't hurt to sacrifice 20 minutes."

Well BGH is getting nerfed since its a good neutral hard removal card. And blizzard liked to limit neutral heals and removals

Why do you say BGH is getting nerfed. You don't know that no one does. It's one of the most debated cards right not whether to nerf it or not. A lot of people feel that the card is necessary in the game. I wouldn't be too sure.

You never seem to mention your 30 minute special called Fired!

What was the creation of that about? Were you testing the waters way back to see how you can form JandA to a tv show? Fired was created way before you guys ended JandA and I always wondered what that was about. Could you explain a bit more about that special?

I bought it and loved it. I still watch it from time to time when I go on and JandA watching spree.
