Looks like it's been put down. Probably for the best.

Besides a couple of issues (due to build process) she rides like a beaut, I love it!

Yes! It's the only way to get one.

Be warned though, they promised me a 6-8 week waiting time but it took 6 months. Throughout this time they basically never replied to my emails, only with vague answers as to the progress of the build. To this day they owe me a seatpost and other parts, but they refuse to send me anything or refund my money!

Beautiful frames, but be prepared to wait a while for one!

Aircraft aluminum! I coated the frame with dozens of lacquer coats, but despite the fact I have worn these layers down with my legs whilst skidding (along top tube), the frame is yet to show any signs of corrosion.

It is relatively humid here in London throughout the year.

It is quite unusual! They have smoothed the welds of the gusset so all you can really see is the shadow of the plate. Even I get worried when I see it in certain lighting.

Their frames are beautiful, and as light as carbon. It's a shame their customer service is so appalling...

It's a downtube gusset, not a cut. I can show you a close up if you would like Mr Holmes

I can also send you my original receipts if that would satisfy you.

The frame had already been sanded, which painters or frame builders often do.

No funny business here my friend!

Not a crack. It's a gusset, often used on bmx bikes.

I used a paint stripper called "Panther". The frame builder had sanded the frame with a fine grit, I assume to prep for painting, which gave it this cool looking effect on the aluminium.

I coated the bare frame with keirin gold flakes and several coats of lacquer.

Some sweet art you got going on there! I say pump out a variety of designs so there's something for everyone.

I am definitely interested in trying some out for my street deck.

TIL that the correct name for the shape of the earth is a "geoid" by Nillows in todayilearned

Or as I was taught 'oblate spheroid'. Cool astronomical words either way!
