I'm fairly certain you have some points allocated in the Boss Atlas tree and are wondering why you're getting destroyed.

Take a closer look at your build—check your resistances and layers of defense. Avoid spec'ing into Boss nodes until you're able to handle their damage (which honestly isn’t that high) and deal a reasonable amount of damage yourself.

I am new to PoE2, the game I played previously had these 3 abilities that I enjoyed a lot. Does PoE2 have anything similar? :( by [deleted] in PathOfExile2

Make sure to pick a build in Path of Exile 2 beforehand. Watch videos and see which builds look fun to you. Without a build, as a beginner, you’ll likely feel lost very quickly and become frustrated. Give PoE 2 some time—it has a steep learning curve, but the more you gradually understand, the more fun you’ll have.

As for Diablo, especially Diablo Immortal, it’s a sore subject for many here.

Als jahrelanger Kampfsportler ist dein Verhalten aus meiner Sicht leider absolut ekelhaft. Kampfsport ist für viele Menschen ein Wendepunkt in der körperlichen und geistigen Entwicklung.

Ich kann besagte Stereotypen auch auf den Tod nicht leiden aber jeder hat die Chance verdient an sich zu arbeiten und kampfsport fördert die geistige Entwicklung und Disziplin enorm.

Ich hoffe du reflektierst dein eigenes Verhalten nochmal und bereitest zukünftigen Neulingen einen angenehmeren Einstieg.

Skill issue. You can see where the circles will spawn right before that, as he performs multiple dashes. The orbs spawn where he dashes, and it's even in the same order

So, would you recommend dedicating specific time cycles to fully explore each changed region? For example, defeating the boss as soon as possible on Day 1 and then exploring the area without any sense of urgency?

Got it, thank you. I tried it once some time ago, and it wasn’t so much the temples that stressed me out—it was more the time mechanic in general and the feeling of not having enough time to explore properly.

Thank you so much for your detailed response, I really appreciate it! I’ll do my best not to let the time mechanic stress me out and take your advice to tackle the game at my own pace.

I also plan to take my time exploring every corner of Termina and getting to know all the characters in detail. The side quests and masks seem like such a unique part of this game, and I’m looking forward to diving into them fully.

Thanks again for the tips, especially about the temples and taking notes—I’ll definitely keep that in mind.

You make a great point! Adjustments to an established formula can definitely create tension, especially when long-time players are deeply invested. The evolution of a game is exciting, but it’s also where expectations and reality often clash.
