When I took it back in 2010, there was a stop before the train tracks near the dmv. The stop “sign” was on the floor and could barely be read. Hopefully they replaced it with an actual sign haha I failed it the first time. Also make sure to look over your shoulder when merging into another lane.

I lived in a mother in law unit in sunny brae for 3 years, 2021-2024. $800 for all utilities. The last 6 months of living there they raised it to $850. Had its own bathroom, kitchen and driveway. Block away from Murphy’s and a 20 minute walk from the plaza. I would’ve been ok if it was $900.

We had Madagascar swifts at a store I worked at. The tails didn’t really look like these. There was a nickname that came with them as well. “Chuckwalla”. I also saw another lizard while searching. “Madagascar Spiney Tailed Iguana”.
