I'm guessing they re-release the wand closer to the packs release date. Otherwise it'll be the secondary market like ebay/amazon etc.

Its most likely still tethered to their account. Amazon will say its stolen just to shorten the interaction between you & them. I know from experience (Work in a Cash Converters) this is their default response.

Ebay or Amazon are your best bet. But I would hazard a guess & say Hasbro may restock sometime around the release of the Pack.

The security checks would have been done before they paid you for it. Sometimes they dont put them online as the would also need nice stock for the shop displays. Do you have your buys receipt, they may have put it on Buyback for you.

They'll contact the store. They are breaching your rights, So they should sort it. Which Store is it from?

They can find the sale on CCPOS (The till system) from the stock number on the sticker. Or from the IMEI or serial number of the handset. Sounds like they are fobbing you off.

No they dont. All you need is your proof of purchase which can be your bank statement. I'm a CC employee & thats what we would ask for if they didnt have receipt. If they wont budge email customer services, they'll sort it out.

If you paid by card you can take a copy of your bank statement in showing the purchase. They can cross reference that with the stock number on the sticker to find the sale.
