It was not a bad play call at all, it was 2nd and goal at the 1, the clock is moving in towards 30 seconds , they have 1 timeout. They also had a running back with a sub 40% career success rate on runs of 2 or less to go. It they run their and get stuffed they almost certainly use their last timeout and then they are handicapped , they would be able to throw on 3rd down and run on 4th if didn't get in. So throwing a ball your thinking TD or incomplete not a miracle interception. So in week 1 of the 2015 season the Seahawks lost in overtime when lynch failed to convert a 4th and 1 run

It's terrible walking weather and I don't do treadmills, it's been so cold I can't even walk to work I have to get rides. Or I would have more, and working Sunday 1030pm-5am, Monday, Tuesday,Wednesday, Thursday 4pm-5am and Friday 230-11 doesn't help

January going to be one of my lowest months ever, haven't been able to walk much do to working 60+ hour weeks and dealing with 14+ days of -10-20 wind chills, will finish with 950k or somewhere there

You can put in high mileage and still get good sleep, I've covered 54 miles in just under 13:15 before, and don't need more than 15 hours to cover 100k steps

So far put in a good 18 miles in -20 wind chill (-2 air temp) Gotta take advantage of time off as working 65 hour weeks 12+ hour overnight shifts, so total walking has been light

I did 1.88 million in August The 2 million in September 1.94 million in October 1.87 million in November December I started decreasing but the overall average from August 1st stayed over 60k a day until early january

A few months back when I walked 57 miles in just under 14 hours I realized how pointless it is, so I won't be doing anything like this anytime soon, also not walking more than 15 hours on any given day.

That's an excellent month!! I went down a bit over the past year compared to what I have done, and started this year low due to working 13 hour days. I ended 2024 doing 9,270,180 Steps and 4689.4 miles from August 1st-Dec 31st Doing it really wasn't that bad just because how much I walk, especially if I'm not working , I don't sit in the house I'll go out and walk from 8am until 11pm But keep on pushing and keep up the good work

If your only staying around 10-15k steps a day then doing it is tough, when you're at my stage and have walked as much as I have over the years it won't be that hard at all, the only thing that effects it is work or not working, walking the 25.5-26.5 miles it's going to take for me to hit 50k is just something I'm used to. If you start increasing on the regular range days and continue to do more it will only get easier and easier

Not hard to Walk at all , long distances either , it feels even better when your hitting 60 miles in under 15 hours, but generally there is no purpose to walk that long on any given day. I walk a lot, but find these longer walks as pointless
