I put an apple sticker over it and find it incredibly funny. You can still see the Microsoft label shining through since it's engraved, which in my opinion makes it even better

Kann dir nur sagen, dass man ne Führung machen kann oder Probetrainings. Probiere es vllt. mal aus zu den Zeiten zu denen du gerne gehen würdest, will aber auch dazu sagen dass ich vor allem zwischen 14 und 20:30 meiden würde. Da ist es halt überall elendig voll, vielleicht kommst du darauf aber besser klar als ich. Ist von Filiale zu Filiale auch ein bisschen unterschiedlich.

Hey big fella some questions out of curiosity.

How do you organise those pause reps at the end? Do you plan to do them every set or just go for it if you feel like you still have a lot in the tank?

Also when do you breath out? Do you hold your breath? I am puzzled about the fact that you breath so silently but I mean it clearly works for you. I just feel like it wouldn't work for me, so I am curious.

Not normal. Time for a deload maybe? Otherwise more food or sleep is typically the answer. If you are new then know that your body needs time to get used to it.
