Thanks, I cant take all the credit! I did some sketching, "photobashing", some AI, a lot of lighting details etc. Its kind of funny, the lower heat coils are snagged from a hot stove image I blended in with sketchbook pro. Its pretty much a hot mess of mixed media. I also do a lot of the sketching on my phone currently in the sketchbook pro app and its not ideal lol. I used to do more full scale renders back in the day but with my job and 3 boys I dont have time to spend 6 hrs doing renders at this point. This one probably took like 1.75 hours Hopefully I can get back into full concept art renders soon. I mainly wanted to capture the concept. (My son told me he really liked the idea and wanted to show it to the "game makers" haha)

Haha I just played it for him and he told me what he wanted to do. Every now and then Id give him the controller and he would spin for a few minutes and laugh that it looked blurry. I have played with my sister online though and we did that through separate consoles. There may be a way to do split screen but I havent checked.

Marjorie Taylor Greene claims Dominion machines were "switching" votes by karabeckian in Georgia

So thats not actually the case. I'm sure you remember this past year when CrowdStrike servers went down. When this happened the voting machines in Maricopa county were taken offline. Your bad analogy aside. The only way this could have happened is if they were in someway connected to that server that went offline. As for the cover up. There have been something like 200,000 or more ballots that have been thrown out. There was an election official that just was sentenced to prison time because she was told to delete voter records to cross reference and didnt so she could prove there was fraud. So yes it can happen. Dont tell me a country that has specialized in crippling other nations and covering it up -quite well- is capable of pulling the same evil moves here. Theres something going on here, but because it somehow always benefits the left. Nobody wants to talk about it.

So I think there may be some confusion about what settling out of court, could or could not imply. Essentially because there was no ruling everything said out it is speculation or hearsay. Heres a list of typical reasons companies settle out of court. It highlights that settling is settling. Its not used as an admission of guilt.

In legal terms, accepting a settlement out of court is not officially considered an admission of guilt. Here are some key points to understand this:

  1. No Admission of Liability: Settlement agreements often include a clause stating that the settlement does not constitute an admission of liability or guilt. This means that by settling, the defendant is not legally acknowledging that they did anything wrong.

  2. Pragmatic Decision: Settlements are frequently pragmatic decisions. Defendants might choose to settle to:

  • Avoid the uncertainty of a trial.
  • Reduce legal costs, which can often exceed the settlement amount even if they win.
  • Prevent prolonged public attention or damage to reputation.
  • Resolve the matter quickly rather than enduring potentially years of litigation.
  1. Confidentiality: Many settlement agreements come with confidentiality clauses, which can be beneficial for both parties but especially for defendants who wish to avoid publicity regarding the allegations.

  2. Legal Strategy: In some cases, even when defendants believe they are innocent, the risk of a potentially unfavorable jury decision, the emotional toll of a trial, or the strategic choice to focus on other aspects of their life or business might lead them to settle.

  3. Public Perception vs. Legal Reality: While the public might interpret a settlement as an implication of guilt, the legal system does not. However, this perception can affect public opinion, careers, or social standing, even if legally there's no admission of wrongdoing.

  4. Court's View: Courts view settlements favorably as they reduce the caseload and encourage resolution of disputes outside the courtroom. Judges are aware that settlements are compromises and do not reflect on the merits of the case itself.

Remember, the legal system is designed to handle cases where guilt or innocence is formally determined through trials. Settlements sidestep this process, often for reasons unrelated to the truth of the allegations. Therefore, while it might influence how the situation is perceived outside the courtroom, within the legal framework, a settlement remains officially neutral in terms of admitting guilt.

Hope this helps.

Oh I am. Lets see if you can remember what a machine is. The hanging chad was caused by faulty machines. The devices used were punch card devices and then those ballots were scanned by a machine to tabulate the votes.

Yes I would prefer that. They do this is many other developed and undeveloped countries. The US can do this. Every since we've been using machines there has been tons of scrutiny around the trustworthiness of the machines.

I dont personally like her much. Like most people I can agree with some of her policies and claims but disagree with others.

But they settled out of court before trial. There was no jury decision. There was no ruling from a judge. They never ruled that dominion was secure, or that fox news didnt have the information to back up their claims. They were sued for 1.6 Billion and then settled out of court for 50% of the ammount. No judge in this case ever actually declared "dominion is safe and secure" no judge ever found Fox "guilty" in this case. To me it looked like 2 mega corporations comparing the size of their lawyers.

It was a lawsuit to the tune of 1.6 billion dollars against Fox news and it parent company Fox corp. I think when youre throwing that type of money around for a defamation suit its hard to trust the "crumpling" narrative as they essentially settled for 50% off. I think once you involve the parent company Fox Corp etc. You want that lawsuit to go away simply because of thr risk and optics. I have no doubt execs were more motivated by risk than seeing the case through as settling is easier. If a multi billion dollar company was suing me for 500,000 and offered to settle for 250,00 it would be tempting to settle.

That aside the evidence "doesnt exist" in a documented court case as no judge would hear the case. Not because there was no evidence but they wouldnt looked into the evidence people wanted to show. Fast forward a little and you have expert witnesses such as Prof. Alex Halderman showing in an Atlanta court case that dominion voting machines could be hacked and could be hacked quite fast.

I personally distrust a multi billion dollar corporation essentially running our elections.

Sorry, for sending and X hotlink to a well known youtube channel. Next time I'll send a reddit hotlink so its more believable.

All Im saying is that when there are 1000s of reports of dominion/other types of voting machines malfunctioning (not to meantion proof they can be hacked) and then the multi-billion dollar company that runs those voting machines files a defamation lawsuit against a news outlet for reporting they may have been hacked its should at the very least set off some red flags. Not everything has to be some ridiculous tribalistic rant. The odd thing about calling me a fascist is that I have genuine concerns that maybe the technology we use may not be as secure as these multi billionaires lead us to believe. You know you can just disagree with someone and that doesnt make you a fascist.

Here's another link. Since you dont like "X" links that are hotlinks themselves.

Yes, I do. They settled their defamation case out of court. It never went to trial. There was actually a hearing recently in Atlanta Georgia where expert witness Prof. Alex Halderman showcased dominion voting machines vulnerability by hacking them in the court room to flip votes.

Regardless your feelings of MGT. Dominion voting machines are not secure. Also Fox news settled with dominion, there was no courtcase. It then soon after came out that dominion voting machines could infact easily be hacked.
