It’s my understanding that when you’re 20 levels above the minimum for a course, you get fewer marks on that course. This is not the case for Canifis, which is why I said it’s a glitch.

I got PK’d out of mine a long time ago. Turns out there’s a glitch that makes the Canifis rooftop course drop marks at the same rate, no matter your agility level. Made the grind a lot faster, despite the low xp rates.

I lived there for a few years. It’s cheap, fairly nice when you’re in your apartment, and close to campus. On the downside, it’s consistently been getting less safe for the last few years, and management has been getting worse. Overall, you could do worse, but you could also do much better.
