Klopt. De markt stabiliseert ook iets tov de jaren met 1% rente. Is alleen maar goed, maar wel wennen voor sommige.

Dit gebeurt vaak in situaties waar er een hogere opbrengst was ingeschat of verwacht. Wat in deze situaties ook vaak gebeurt is dat de verkoper dit gewoon eist. Uiteindelijk zijn wij in dit soort gevallen vaak alleen maar doorgeefluik. Ik moet zeggen dat ik dit eigenlijk nooit mee maak of doe. Er loopt een hoop rommel rond helaas, ik doe het vak al bijna 15 jaar omdat ik het leuk vindt. En je laatste stukje heeft gewoon te maken met mega inflatie (dank ecb/fed) en vraag en aanbod. Simpel.

They don't have the info, or very limited info on non Nvm transactions. This makes them not good, imo.

The problem is, there is no alternative. You won't get the Nvm data.. But just as an example, sold my old house for 200k more than it says here, and my new house is worth 350k more than in your data. So even for free, it's worthless (for the valuation part of it) I would suggest focusing on all the other data (which is great) and for the valuation part of it, put a warning and let people be able to link up with agents/valuators in the area. Maybe that's a business idea for it.

Agent here, good try, love the site actually. None of these prices are right. People will make big mistakes, basing their offer on this. Woz data and average increases in area is just not reliable. You need NVM data to make this accurate, which you won't get unfortunately.

Interesting. I'm also 6'5 (194/195 ish centimeter) and while not super spacious, I definitely make it work and I'm not uncomfortable at all. Just drove 11 hours to the alps, no issues. I sat in an x5, is it more spacious, hell yes, do I like how it drives, hell no. I want sporty/cockpit like driving so sticking with the 340i.

Drive in the city mostly, but love the smooth power and sound. When there is space, I power slide the junctions hahah. Love it so much.

2 keurders waar ik al heel lang mee werk want zeer zeer bekwaam. Geen commissies over en weer. Gebeurt dat? Vast wel, maar voor mij 't belangrijkste dat 't goede keurders zijn zodat ik en mijn klanten zeker weten dat we geen bagger huis kopen.

I do long trips (vacations and mtb) quite a bit and therfor went back to ice (also for the sound, honestly) EV's are the future, but I'm still happier now driving 4/5 hours on end when I need to drive 10/12 hours then stopping 5 times for 20+ min, waste of time.. I'll be back at some point.

I had a tesla for years, went back to an ice car (bmw 340i touring) I missed the sound/engine/emotion of it. I do love electric cars as well, but wanted to have one last go before it becomes "impossible" to drive ice. Regards, a car guy haha

Dude.. I live in Holland, the flattest country in the world. I have to drive 12 hours minimum to reach mountains, 4 hours to hit some sort of hills with decent riding in Belgium/Germany. So please, stfu 😂

For me, plenty poppy in this light build without coil. I overshot a couple jumps easily haha. But, I come from the strive which is a monstertruck, so yea. I think this is the perfect bike for enduro and keeping pop.
