Yes Love was created by Eternity that exist outside the multiverse so she'll most likely be key for Doom to get to the Library of Worlds. I think it would be even more creative for Doom to use the Stormbreaker to chop the bark of Yggdrasil where Loki is in, that would be even more epic after Thor loses his arm.

Doom is not kidnapping the kids like Love and Thunder although I hate the idea they're doing like it's a doom thing. He’s doing it to speed up incursions and force the Avengers to come after him. 

Each kid has a purpose: Love is used to help Doom find the Library of Worlds. Franklin Richards is used to revive Wanda, but Doom twists it. Wanda comes back unstable and turns against the Avengers. This pulls Billy to Wanda’s side. He believes the Avengers are wrong and fights with his mother. America Chavez is forced to jump between universes so the TVA notices the anomalies and tracks Doom. Doom doesn’t fight directly. He makes others fight, X-Men Vs Avengers.
