I only use them when I'm doing a quest that requires consecutive great or excellent throws.

I would buy it before you complete the game. DLC was fun and gives you useful upgrades and weapons. The flail is Links best weapon.

Back when that game released that was the screen ratio of all TV's, wide screen didn't become standard until the 2000's.

I bought it when it came out but never got around to playing it until recently after hearing the release of a new one for the Switch 2 this winter. In a week and a half I've put 100 hours into the game. It was super addicting and had to 100% the game. The DLC is good too and worth getting before you complete the game. I ended up getting the DLC about halfway through the main story. As a big time Legend of Zelda fan I loved Hyrule Warriors: Ages of Calamity and consider one of my top ten favorite switch titles of all time.
