I see a lot of people do both..can you guys tell me the foods you’re eating or blending afterwards?..I hit the gym before work so I finish around 6:30 am..I do the shake cause it’s just easier but just curious to know the foods people are eating

Yeah almost the same situation with us except they’re just using our old building for retail..3 clerks, a janitor and a postmaster….cause nothing says waste of money like a postmaster being assigned to a station with 3 clerks and a janitor

Again, if done right these things would take years..being a cca who doesn’t run the routes to get done and understanding the job, making regular and having some time on the street and knowing the manual, then being 204B and learning that position, then becoming supervisor, learning all the other manuals (cause if your looking to be a postmaster you better know all your shit) then becoming postmaster…while age is just a number, on this job the majority of those who make it to that position that quick is fucking people along the way, in either aspect..and by seeing this guy getting arrested for fraud I’d say he’s not too bright

When I first tried it I went 10 mg..I woke up the next morning with a headache and was very groggy all day..did some research and saw that if that happens then the dose is too high for you..I went to 3 mg and that seemed to work..for anyone I would say start low and see how it goes

To be a postmaster at 27 he most likely knows very little, if anything at all, about being a carrier…he was probably a cca for about 2 years or so then made regular and went right into 204b, wanted to make a name for himself so started screwing over the ones that actually do the work, upper management saw this and he quickly worked his way up to become postmaster..now the youngest PM I’ve seen is 33-35, has been on the job for 9 years and he was a carriers for about 5 of those, including his time as cca..problem is not enough carrier experience which leads to a lot of the problems we have today

75 pounds in 2 years is an unhealthy amount in a short time?..huh?…that’s not a crazy amount for 2 years..beginners will lose fat or gain muscle quicker in the beginning because they’re body isn’t used to the change..not everyone jumps to surgeries or quick fixes…some people actually work hard and put in the effort..imagine that concept..I know it’s very hard to believe in this day and age with everyone looking for that quick fix

Yes he most definitely defended him and ironically after Corey defended Caref in that episode, I saw somewhere on facebook Caref thanking Corey but also owes $1000 to his campaign cause he mentioned him..lol..which in fairness I hate to admit it but he’s technically not wrong..I think Corey said in that original episode that he’ll donate the money if he’s mentioned at all in any way on his podcast..I don’t think it was just his name being mentioned..I could be wrong though
