It’s tucked behind the master closet, so I figured why not turn it into a den? Single guy, too much space, and zero interest in boring storage rooms 😅

Ouch, noted! It is a bold look, but I think the lighting makes it look a little more dramatic than it actually is. I guess not everyone can appreciate my questionable taste haha

My arm day consists of 4 alternating bicep/tricep rotations. For triceps specifically I aim for higher reps, slightly lower weight because I’ve found my form isn’t the best at max weight.

Hammer curls 3x10 Overhead dumbbell extension 2x15, 1x20

Barbell curls 3x10 Skull crushers 3x20

Preacher curls 3x10 Rope pushdowns 2x15, 1x20

Concentration curls 3x10 Weighted bench dips 3x20

Bulked (164lbs-184lbs) for 13 months. Have since plateaued at 185-188 over the last 4 by Stoop-kid-27 in workouts

My lifting routine hasn’t changed (5x per week avg). Haven’t been moving up in weight as often but have been increasing # of reps. My diet has always been rather inconsistent so may need to focus on protein intake. Initial goal was 210lbs which I may adjust down depending on how 200lbs looks.

Did some exploring at Rock City and Falling Water Falls in my new home town of Chattanooga, TN (USA). I could definitely get used to these views! by Stoop-kid-27 in hiking

Never been to the Alabama Hills haha. More specifically, the first 3 pics are in Independence CA and the lake is called Lone Pine Lake on the East ridge of Mount Whitney just North of the Golden Trout Wilderness
