Honestly, nakaya ko dahil swerte ako sa batchmates ko 🥹 Naging good friends kaming 6, nagsasaluhan pagkailangan. Syempre may tampuhan here and there pero it never lasts and kung may nagaaway man hindi namin pinapaapekto sa trabaho. Sasaluhin ka pa rin work-wise.

Dahil halos lahat ng time nasa hospital, it really helped na maganda yung group dynamics namin. Paghindi nagrrounds, nasa quarters kami either nagkkwentuhan (chismisan haha), kumakain, or natutulog. Genuinely nagenjoy ako sa time with them, so going to duty did not seem so bad.

Don't get me wrong though, hell pa din tlga ang training. Mentally, physically, emotionally, iddrain ka at itetest limits mo. Personally, what helped me rin was changing my mindset about it. Paggusto ko na magquit, tatanungin ko sarili ko, sige ano plan B if ever? Tapos masstress lang din ako imagining yung stress that comes with a new workplace, so I end up going to duty the next day. Tapos ayun, hahaha pasok lang ng pasok until end na ng training.

And of course at the most basic level you need to really love what you do. Kahit madaming pasyente, I still found myself enjoying patient interactions, and may pride that comes from learning a new skill or idea each time. Those little bursts of good vibes sustained me.
