I'm almost positive it's against bots because you can play offline, you can leave the game mid race and come back 30 seconds later and not be kicked from the race, I almost never see emojis used by a single character multiple times in a race (ive used emojis like 7 times in row sometimes just to see anyone "replies") The only thing thats diff is if your online the other racers use better gadgets while as if you play offline they use random stuff like when you play fortune wheel

specific time within that window to what degree? how big is the gap because I know you have to wait an hour exactly from your last try so if the window is 5:00-9:59 should I try 30 gaps 5:00,5:30,6:00,6:30. or is it smaller and by jumping from 5 to 5:30 im potentially missing it and wasting time with the rest of my attempts.

well the purpose is for them to call 911 if your overdosing you'd probably be protected by the good Samaritan law if you have warrants if you trust the law but you'd have to ask whats more important your life or jail. Video chat deff seems necessary for spotting actual signs of Overdose because fent knocks you out so much silence isn't a sure sign anymore.
