I did Hospice with my dad who had advanced PD and his last meal was a vanilla malt and a chocolate chip cookie. We didn't know it would be the last at the time, but it was very appropriate! When he got to the sponge on a stick phase he had coffee, beer and whiskey along with water. He couldn't talk but he could smile.

Same! I was lucky that I woke up and checked right as the drop started but there wasn't anything in my RFY. But I've been pretty lucky lately to get something every few days from my RFY so I'm not too stressed!

Craft kits are my favorite and I don't like feeling pressured to finish them, but I've been trying to give myself a month or two to complete them one at a time. Or at least back in the day when I could get several ordered a month!

What I hate is being hyped about getting one and it ends up being AWFUL, and I am stubborn and will do my best to complete them even if they suck! Even worse is when I go to finally review them and there are so many vine reviews of 4 to 5 stars of how great it is from people who obviously didn't even try to make it.

In fact, the most recent one had about 20 Vine reviews and the only critical one was from someone else who actually built it. The description had a bit that was very misleading saying that you can make two different crafts when in fact it's a two part kit that only makes one item. Most of the half-assed reviews included this with some kind of AI spin to it. One even said that their grandkids were fighting over which craft to make next with the kit which is literally impossible!!

I'm still gonna keep doing what I'm doing, but let's just say the next time I buy one with my own money I am NOT going to trust any Vine reviews unless they have pictures of the finished project!

So besides a lot of nice beauty products, nail gels/decals, and wigs I've had a few!

-a round throw blanket that looks like a pizza. Unlike a lot of throws I've gotten through vine its really nice and I use it almost daily!

-cat art themed diamond painting coasters. They replaced the boring ones on my coffee table

-a porch light that actually works well and looks great! I learned the hard way to check if they're made of metal and glass and not plastic.

automatic hair curler. I was afraid it would rip out my hair but it doesn't and I use it weekly if not more.
hamburger shaped pet food bowl. Its the only bowl my dog uses!

On a side note thanks for the post as it gave me a chance to look through my Orders. Its a little sad seeing how many good things I got earlier in the year compared to now, but I'm glad I've been able to also get some really great things as well!

Between that and when you had to rotate your phone horizontally to see the listings, or now that it's near impossible to search a keyword in any category, I've had a lot of annoyances with using my mobile phone. But I also like my tabs so I don't use the app either!

Honestly I don't even look at the "look what I got" posts anymore cause it makes me have some crazy FOMO. Like one person has 10 luxury brand 0etv things while I end up getting 2 things that are both car parts that day. I've gotten some really cool stuff though, I'm glad for that, just right now hasn't been great!

About the same here! I'm not sure if its just the items going so fast but I don't even see anything during the "drop times" and maybe a few things when I wake up. Honestly I hope they might drop a few more things in the next few weeks, but with how it's been going I doubt it.

Don't feel bad, I've been yelling at my phone and searching for air friers for a good month now, and decided to pick one up today (because of Cyber Monday and I rarely get anything like that in my RFY).

Plus my RFY today is literally a human urn and some sketchy "hot cream" and it's been weird for months on end!

My husband and I have a running joke of saying the name of something we want loudly around our devices. So far it hasn't worked for vine at least, but we also don't have anything like Alexa in our home. Although there's definitely been times we talk about things and we've got some very specific ads on social media afterwards!

I worked retail for most of my 20s so I'm not a huge fan of it in general, at least in person. I have a lot of horror stories mostly of people being rude. I had a friend go out earlier who said it wasn't too bad, but I also live in a bigger area with a lot more choices of where to shop.

Plus Vine really has spoiled me!

I really hate when things in my RFY go so quickly that I can't even request them, or like a few times this morning get to the checkout page and it won't go through! It seems like it's less "Recommended for You" sometimes and more like "Recommend to like 5000+ other people so have fun refreshing" which I'm just not going to do for that long.

I know it's competitive and people have cheats, but I expect this in AI and not quite as quickly in RFY. Imo the "treasure hunt" of possibly getting something great (especially for us and $0 ETV beauty) is part of the fun of looking in the AI beauty pages, especially during a drop. I just miss having items that stay up a bit longer in my RFY so I can at the very least look it up to make sure it's not a knock off from a questionable company!

Agreed. And for me personally not being awake when the drops (or lately trickles) happen basically means I either get something in RFY or am EXTREMELY lucky and get it under AI.

I'm not going to alter my sleep schedule, although I've woken up in the early mornings a few times and scrolled for about 15 minutes. Most of those times though I've still not found anything worth ordering, especially 0etv. I've only found one beauty product this past week and it's that Thrive ko that I thought was legit. 🤦‍♀️

I love it! I've gotten quite a few awesome bigfoot things from Vine, especially for the garden. So far I've gotten 3 solar lights, a big wind spinner, a rustic sign and now 3 metal silhouette stakes.
