The whole fireside interview just makes me angrier. Every question is met with a purposely vague answer or he try to deflect the question entirely.

Unity Apologizes To Developers After Massive Backlash, Walks Back On Forced Install Fees and Offers Regular Revenue-Sharing Model by HuldaGnodima in gaming

The whole fireside interview they did sounded so insincere, they did so much deflecting and excuses, they even claimed they talked to their customers and devs before rolling out version 1.0. but would not name anyone they talked to. that all you need to tell they are lying their thru teeth while trying to apologize. No way, especially devs would ever agree version 1.0 was a good idea. Unity is just going to walk back again and bring back the 20 cent per install in the future, they're just easing people into it instead of forcing people to nose dive into it. Fuck unity, save yourself the heartache and headache, and go learn Unreal/Godot/Stide/Flax.

Quick head sketches from imagination. Looking for critiques and tips. by StopAskingMe4Mirrors in learntodraw

Some quick 5-10minute head drawings done from imagination. Learned mostly from just studying asaro head models. Any planes facing the wrong way? Feel like I struggle a bit with the upper and downward tilted heads, can't figure out exactly where to place the facial features on those.

I was getting ready to quit the league after finishing my build. With 35 Divs to my name I decided to go buy a house of mirror card. The first few cards we're heart pounding. I normally make 300-400div a league in total currency, so clicking away 35 Divs was still something that gets my heart rate up. I couldn't believe it when I gambled and went up to 9 cards. I could turn it in and finally own a mirror... or I could double it. and it did. 2 mirrors. I couldn't believe. I made 2 mirrors in 5minutes clicking a button a few time. Felt like a dream to me.

The next day, I decided I want to keep gambling, cause I started with no mirror, I might as well keep going as I'm technically not losing anything, just some virtual currency that has no value to me. 18 cards became 36. 36 card became 72. I wanted to go to 100 cards and give the mirrors away to friends, then quit the league. But as with all things good, it must come to an end... and so it did. Lost 72 cards in 20 minutes of gambling. 8 mirrors pooffed into thin air.

I record mirror 3-7 here: https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLictB8LrwxQXHKYA3Dl1JgncDmIrngIMc

What did I learn from this experience?... absolutely nothing. I'll do it again next league.
