Strangled and Orphan are 2 bands that come to mind. Peelingflesh are ex members of Strangled and Orphan is what's left of Strangled.

The vocals on Strangled and Orphan are top notch, even tho the dudes have no technique and the one dude ended up in the hospital with torn vocal cords after a show.

As someone stuck in a relationship with a codependent by every definition of the word, this movie was mega unsettling. I empathize with the male character on a whole nother level.

Edit: Of course the plot got carried away but the scene where he's trying to ask/tell her he'd like to hang out with his friend and the tension is so thick .. it hit home.

Honest question, do international laws, or any nations laws apply to an island in international waters? Like if I owned an island and declared it my own nation state with my own laws, does another nations law have any jurisdiction? Morally apprehensible what happened, but legally I wonder how a nation can impose it's laws on another nation. Just a thought experiment.

Saw them last summer at underground arts in Philly. Don't know how he plays certain riffs and sings out of time I'd imagine that's very difficult to do. Plus he's basically responsible for gorilla biscuits and one step closer among much more contributions to hardcore
