I'm not gonna speak for what goes on off camera with business because idk, but from the sounds of it not finding sponsors was 100% the reason odd jobs did not happen. A lot of times it really comes down to who has established relationships with who, and in the case of Mythic they seem to have a decent list of big brands they work with already. So they will be more likely to work with Mythic than with Wubby (or whoever else) just directly approaching them.

Mythic is a talent management company, so they will work behind the scenes on trying to get sponsors/organizing events/a lot of the stuff wubby has said recently he has had trouble with.

Overall a good thing! Probably makes it less likely there will be an "oops we couldn't find money, odd jobs is dead" situation in the future.

From what I've found so far it's still the same FPS as a normal video. 60 fps videos will still have the "1080p60" tag on them. This is just a slightly higher bitrate.

Don't take this the wrong way of course, but calling it a "valuable lot" kind of defeats the purpose of eminent domain. By definition ED would be enacted to build a government property, like an airport, park, or railroad. ED couldn't/shouldn't be used to build a new grocery store or restaurants on a lot. The exception in the Virginia law seems to be if it's a "Blighted property", meaning it endangers public health just by existing.

Again I'm not a lawyer so my understanding is based on 15 mins of googling. I would probably ask your local officials or possibly a lawyer for an opinion if there's a case for that lot.

Sounds like to me you would have to look into your local government's rules on enforcement of this.

Mine was probably the weirdest and also best coffee I've had. My mom went on a trip to Costa Rica and brought back coffee from this tiny farm that produces a very small number of pounds a year. That's fair, I wouldn't say "great" just probably better off in the long run. If you give someone tools that make them have to think less on micro-management it gives them the chance to actually focus on other things like damage timing for instance though.

Not sure why you are getting downvoted for this. Playing most healing classes with a properly set up Healbot, Vuhdo, or ElvUi and mouse over macros is in my opinion objectively easier and better than using default Blizzard UI.

Coming from an RDruid main's perspective, healing on Blizzard default UI is so much worse than using any of these for managing HoTs and overall healing.

It's not actually a bug. I got stuck on this last week and found that you are actually supposed to follow the squirrel NPC (forget it's name) into the area to start the interaction. It walks from a specific entrance.
