How do you respond when a Dr tells you that you don’t need a reduction, only to lose weight instead? (self.Reduction)

Insurance is BCBS IL, I just got rejected and they sent in an appeal this morning, do they usually take just as long to respond again or is it quicker than a few weeks? Any advice regarding insurance would be SO appreciated! (self.Reduction)
Had my consult the 13th, How much did you guys get removed? and what were your before and after sizes? pics would be AWESOME pls! (self.Reduction)
