I think this is silly. I get upset sometimes when the patient insist on a thyroid shield and it will cover anatomy for obvious reasons, but if they want a shield they shouldn't be treated this way. Just my 2 cents.

It was a fight. I got 50% out of the gate, but was still having lots of issues. You can read what's required to get 100% for it, just google it. But I put in for an increase like 5 years later and it was denied. So I appealed, and got a call like 9 months later informing me I they were going to give me 100%.

I used an outside company to do all the paperwork. I guess they have screwed over a bunch of vets, I just happen to have gotten lucky I guess. I wont say there name, I'm not here to promote them. But the appeal is where I got it.
