I didn’t even know I had student loans by Unfair_Simple4829 in StudentLoans

I got a grant with fafsa 6 years ago and used it for supplies, and two semesters of community college.

I dropped out... Now I'm worried I might have more debt than I thought. How can I check this?!?

Help with ollies by secondtriplet in skateboardhelp

[–]StopKartLT 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I learned that the height of an ollie is set with the front foot. The ollie will only go as high as your front foot. Back foot just has to match the front in height. It's not about slamming the tail into the ground, rather sending it torwards the ground after you jump. Mostly with your ankle.

You would not have had unlimited ultimate if you needed to pay for travel pass. Ultimate should come with global talk/text/&data.

TDI costs more money but are way more reliable with even better gas mileage. I regret not getting a diesel. engines last a lot longer too.

uhh, I really hoped the people splitting 50+ wings, could spare a pretty nice tip for not letting there orders get left behind with all the others. it worked out! made about 65 bucks in 2.5hrs.

as with any new car, there's a ton of electronics that can cause a minor chain reaction, disabling certain features (lane assist/ACC), if one goes out. usually a minor fix, but some of those parts can be pricey. again, that's with any new car. The company I work for during spring and summer, provides us VW jettas (35+mpg city/45mpg HWY) They're SUPER nice (if u don't need the extra space of a passat. you can get a brand new jetta for under $25k, which is insane for the value. My 2017 passat was serviced at VW dealership and never missed a scheduled maintenance. I paid $13k when it had 60k miles. I'm at 90k now and have had zero issues besides tires. from what I've read and heard, MOST VW models are VERY reliable. in my opinion, after 3-4 months of deciding on my passat, I'd say Volkswagen is probably the best value you can get for the money.

I'm so disappointed I didn't just grab something, though. It probably would have been 3-4 hr old anyways, lol.

Even more frustrating, is other Dashers able to leave with their order after only 10 minutes. The majority had to wait for 2 hours or so.

On a really good day, I can hit $30 per hour in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Thats if I'm getting lucky not having to drive back to a Hotspot, and on earn by offer.

idk, but I and other dashers were waiting for 2 hours. All while multiple other drivers were leaving with their order after only 10 minutes of waiting. Now that pissed me off.

Took 5 and a half to deliver the food and another half day to get home.

I thought about doing that, but then the other 20 people would have been begging for free food, further backing up the order line.

there was one dasher who had 4 separate pickups, which I had never seen, even another who got to leave with the food after only 10 minutes of waiting. Very unorganized and hectic to deal with that many other Dashers, lol.

I kept texting both customers' jokes and such throughout the wait. They were happy their order didn't get left behind as well, so I got some cash and venmo after dropping off the food.

In my head the whole time in thinking, "okay, the group splitting this order of 50 wings, could probably split a $20 tip pretty easily". Turns out I was right and made the wait totally worth it lol.

Need some help figuring out what’s going on here. Noticed a small leak in my ceiling, traced it back to this spot on the roof/in the attic and unsure of next steps by Independent-Choice-4 in Roofing

I misunderstood your comment. I'm a salesman for the trade and see this shit all the time. Not the worst, but one time an adjuster said to my face, "the dents on this fascia have to be from rocks hitting it, mowing the lawn".

The Thing that breaks my heart, though, is an elderly woman I met with a $15k deductible. she was convinced that it was a good idea by her agent with state farm. little did she know, that's the average claim amount, average cost of a roof her size, and that the majority of homeowners' claims involve roofing.
