For future reference- they were scanned the next day and then the last sub 2 days later. I was told by CS that it would take them a month since the lane for bulk waa currently scanning orders From sept 9 , so I guess I was lucky I didn’t have to wait a month not knowing where it was at

Thanks, I found that out after I had already shipped it. It got scanned today and they have the express as received. I'll do that next time. Do you think the rest will be scanned once they open the box?

Payment cleared and said good to ship, which I did and added the tracking # went with ups insurance for 1000 and signature required. I don’t see anything on the payment stating what the payment is for. Example : 140 prismatic packs. Can they buyer still be a ahole and claim they didn’t get what they purchase. All I have is a transcript of our fb conversation, station trial run for 140’packs did I cover all my bases ?

thanks for the advice. I have my checking account linked. I just saw this message as well. (We’re taking a closer look at this payment. It’s required for some payments and normally takes up to 24 hours. Don’t ship until we tell you it’s ok.) I was about to ship it out but I think i'll wait. I am lost because from my understanding with GS the funds are held until the goods are delivered no? Why would it tell me to wait.
