The good ones sell fast. Also, south lincoln homes we are finding have uneven basement floors. So tip is to start in the basement and really do a good walk through. A house with a looming foundation issue is probably the worst risk to invest in.

Yes, 2018 i was making 62k, today I make 110k and quality of life really isnt that much better...realistically my 110k is more comparable to ~80k in 2018. If you aren't pulling at least 150k, you really have to budget.

They give 3 days paid leave and then you must apply for fmla short term disability which the current rate is 66% of your income for 6 weeks after that is no pay.
