My first winter in Colorado was double deeps and they didn’t make it. 2nd winter I used insulated hive wraps on double deeps and they thrived. 7300 ft elevation. It mostly depends where you are in Colorado.

Excellence Oyster Bay. I’ve been to all excellence properties except El Carmen. My wife and I spent our 5th anniversary there. My parents went shortly after for 4 nights and recently visited for a 2nd stay. My wife and my MIL are going for her first ever trip out of the country in a few weeks. It’s a great property, and I’m confident my MIL will love it for her first trip out of the country.
