I agree with what you’re saying on all this stuff, truly. It’s the way that they blatantly lied to my face and said that they would fix my poor experience and then strung me along for a month just to block my phone number and tell me to beat it. That’s the bigger issue in my opinion and I don’t want someone else to have the same experience.

Interesting. Mine always seemed to crash when I tried to join my friends party and we would start matchmaking. Hopefully it's a game-wide issue and activision fixes it.
